我们知道,扭转裂纹会大大降低弹簧的疲劳寿命,使之出现早期断裂,因此扭转裂纹对于弹簧或弹簧钢丝来说是十分有害的。为了提高产品质量,弹簧钢丝除了要进行抗拉强度、弯曲韧性等检验外,还必须进行扭转性能检验,从中把扭转时表面出现裂纹或有其它表面缺陷的钢丝挑选出去。但是在过去几年内,经检验性能合格的钢丝,用户仍然反映在复验时出现扭转裂纹,特别是高强度弹簧钢丝尤为严重,为了解决这一质量问题,我们进行了以下几个方面的试验工作。
