核电常规岛及BOP涵盖范围广,设备密集,技术密集的特点,在相关设备监造过程中,通过合理科学的监造记录管理,可以进一步提高设备的可靠性及经济性。文章在阐述电力设备监造过程的基础上,分析设备监造记录管理过程中存在的主要问题,最后基于监造管理的角度提出几点建议措施。论文旨在对电力设备制造监造工作实践提供经验交流与借鉴。
Nuclear power conventional island and BOP covers a wide range of equipment-intensive, technology-intensive features, in the process of related equipment supervision, through a reasonable and scientific monitoring records management, you can further improve equipment reliability and economy. Based on the elaboration of the supervision process of power equipment, the article analyzes the main problems in the management of equipment supervision records, and finally puts forward some suggestions based on supervision management.
