在介绍国外大型超市在中国大陆地区的运作体系的基础上,进一步阐述及分析了其内部项目管理体系的运作模式和特点。针对其在项目运作过程中所面临的问题,提出了为保证项目的成功实施而应注意的几个关键措施。
On the basis of introducing the operating system of foreign supermarkets in mainland China, this paper further elaborates and analyzes the operation mode and characteristics of its internal project management system. In view of the problems it faces in the operation of the project, several key measures that should be paid attention to in order to ensure the successful implementation of the project are put forward.
