针对祁东煤矿南翼运输石门围岩富水泥化难以维护的问题,采用工程地质调研、数值模拟、现场实测方法对巷道支护失效机理和支护方案进行了分析。结果表明南翼运输石门的支护失效机理是泥质围岩弱化效应和岩石流变渐进破坏作用;为改善围岩自身承载能力,实施了“锚网索注”联合支护方案。数值模拟与工程实践表明,实施锚网索注联合支护后,与原锚网喷支护方式相比,巷道围岩变形量平均缩减55.75%,对富水泥化巷道稳定性控制效果显著。
Aiming at the problem that the cementing of Shihmen surrounding rock in south wing of Qidong Coal Mine is difficult to maintain, the failure mechanism and supporting scheme of roadway support are analyzed by engineering geology investigation, numerical simulation and on-site measurement. The results show that the failure mechanism of Shimen support in south wing is the weakening effect of muddy wall rock and the gradual destructive effect of rock rheology. In order to improve the bearing capacity of surrounding rock, the combined support scheme of “anchor net cable injection” has been implemented. Numerical simulation and engineering practice show that the deformation of surrounding rock mass is reduced by 55.75% on average compared with that of the net anchor and shotcrete support system after the combined support of bolting and bolting is implemented, which has a significant effect on the stability control of rich cementing roadway.
