目的:探讨SC-WS两管法在食品从业人员肠道沙门氏菌检测中的应用。方法:SC-WS两管法,即采用亚硒酸盐胱氨酸肉汤为增菌液,分离WS平板,可疑菌落接种双糖铁生化管和赖氨酸微量生化管,血清学试验确认。结果:采用SC-WS两管法检出的可疑沙门氏菌,经血清学试验验证,符合率达83.33%。结论:SC-WS两管法筛检沙门氏菌符合率高,具有快速简便、结果准确等优点,可以为肠道带菌中沙门氏菌的检测及筛检提供参考。
Objective: To investigate the application of SC-WS two-tube method in the detection of enteric Salmonella in food industry. Methods: SC-WS two-tube method, that is, using selenite cystine broth as enrichment broth, WS plate was isolated, suspicious colonies inoculated with double sugar iron biochemical tube and lysine micro-biochemical tube, serological test confirmed. Results: The suspicious Salmonella detected by SC-WS two-tube method was confirmed by serological test, the coincidence rate reached 83.33%. Conclusion: SC-WS two-tube screening of Salmonella coincidence rate is fast, simple and accurate. It can provide a reference for the detection and screening of Salmonella in intestinal tract.
