在杂交菌株12ch的989个后代单孢分离株中,Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型分别占总数的1/16,A型与B型的比例为11,气生型与非气生型的比例为11,正常菌丝类型占总数的1/4.综合比较亲本、配对的单孢菌株以及杂交菌株的酯酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的同工酶,结果表明,单孢菌株不一定继承亲本的所有酶带,还可出现亲本所没有的酶带;杂交菌株的酶谱不是两亲本或两配对单孢菌株酶带的简单相加,它会出现新的酶带,这在一定程度上体现了杂种优势;不同杂交部位的分离物以及杂种的组织分离菌株,它们的酶谱结构大体相同,并表现出布勒现象
