为了提高火工品用不锈钢封接元器件的使用可靠性,介绍了不锈钢与玻璃封接的一种新工艺,研究了封接温度、保温时间、去应力退火温度和时间等工艺参数对封接件绝缘电阻和漏率的影响。结果表明:封接温度和保温时间对封接性能影响很大;得到的工艺条件为:在600℃慢注气至正压,并在950~1000℃烧结温度下保温15~20min,500~550℃退火并保温20min,在这些工艺条件下能够获得满意的火工品用不锈钢封接产品。
In order to improve the reliability of using stainless steel sealing components for explosive products, a new process of stainless steel and glass sealing is introduced. The effects of sealing temperature, holding time, stress-relief annealing temperature and time on sealing Insulation resistance and leakage rate of the impact. The results show that the sealing temperature and holding time greatly affect the sealing performance. The obtained technological conditions are as follows: slow gas injection to positive pressure at 600 ℃, holding at 950 ~ 1000 ℃ sintering temperature for 15 ~ 20min, 500 ~ 550 ℃ annealed and incubated for 20min, under these process conditions can be satisfied with the seal of the fire products with stainless steel products.
