以Zr、Ti、B为原料,先预球磨初始粉末,然后烧结制备ZrB2-TiB2复合粉末。采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜,分别对球磨和烧结后的粉末进行物相分析和显微结构观察。结果表明:原始粉末Zr、Ti、B按照摩尔比1:1:4混合,经机械球磨24 h后(球磨参数:大小球比1:2、球料比10:1进行配比,转速为500 r/min),球磨粉末除衍射峰向非晶化转变外,并未产生目标产物;将球磨粉末进行高纯氩气保护烧结到1500℃,保温2 h,可制备出含有较少杂质的ZrB2-TiB2复合粉末。
Zr, Ti, B as raw materials, the first pre-ball milling the initial powder, and then sintered ZrB2-TiB2 composite powder.
