在中小学,行政干部大多来自骨干教师、优秀教师、名教师和特级教师。这些教师从事行政工作后对学校的教育教学工作产生了诸多不利影响,而且也导致广大教师把行政化道路作为发展的主要方向,从而使教师的专业化发展受到影响。为此,学校应建立行政干部与教师队伍相分离的制度、学术委员会以及教师为主体的民主管理机制,以保障一线教师的优先发展和权益,回归教师学术管理权,推动教师队伍的专业化发展。
In primary and secondary schools, most administrative cadres come from key teachers, outstanding teachers, famous teachers and super-teachers. These teachers have a lot of adverse effects on the education and teaching work in the schools after they are engaged in administrative work. They have also led most teachers to take the administrative road as their main direction of development, which has affected the professional development of teachers.
