听证是了解民意、科学决策的重要手段。目前,我国的听证制度在理论和实践中仍存在许多不足,影响其功能发挥。对山西平遥古城门票价格调整听证会进行分析,发现其中存在听证代表产生不合理,听证主持人选任缺乏科学标准,听证相对人信息不对称,听证过程不透明,缺乏有利于听证的社会环境,缺乏统一的听证规则等问题,并针对这些问题提出了完善听证制度的建议。
Hearing is an important means of understanding public opinion and making scientific decisions. At present, there are still many shortcomings in the theory and practice of China’s hearing system, affecting its function. The paper analyzes the price adjustment hearing of Pingyao ancient city in Shanxi Province and finds that there is no scientific standard for the existence of the representative of the hearing, the lack of scientific standards for the selection of the moderator, the asymmetrical information of the relative person, the non-transparent hearing process and the lack of unified social environment for hearing Hearing rules and other issues, and for these issues put forward suggestions to improve the hearing system.
