以真姬菇(Hypsizygus marmoreus)为试材,以五节芒(Miscanthus floridulus)和芒萁(Dicranopteris dichotoma)2种菌草、木屑和棉籽壳为主要原料栽培真姬菇,研究真姬菇菌丝胞外纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、β?葡萄糖苷酶、淀粉酶、漆酶和锰过氧化物酶在其生长发育阶段的活性变化。结果表明:无论在何种培养料中,真姬菇菌丝分泌的木质素酶类(漆酶、锰过氧化物酶)活性最大值都在菌丝后熟阶段,而非木质素酶活性最大值则都在菌丝生殖阶段;不同培养料中真姬菇菌丝分泌的同种胞外酶,其活性在各生长发育阶段不同。在变化趋势上,木质素酶类的活性趋势差异在菌丝体后熟阶段,非木质素酶类基本相似。由此说明真姬菇胞外酶活性与生长发育阶段密切相关,并且呈现阶段性变化;真姬菇胞外木质素酶类的活性及变化趋势,与其菌丝生长阶段和培养料的组成有关,非木质素酶类活性的变化趋势由真姬菇生长阶段决定,培养料的不同仅对其活性大小有影响。

The results showed that no matter what kind of culture material, the maximum activity of ligninase (laccase and manganese peroxidase) secreted by H. ghost L. mycelium was in mycelial ripening stage, but the ligninase activity was the highest The value is in the mycelium reproductive stage; different culture materials in the same kinds of extracellular enzymes secreted by Pleurotus mushrooms, its activity at different growth and development stages. In the trend of change, the trend of the activity of lignin enzymes in mycelial ripening stage, non-lignin enzymes are similar. Thus, the extracellular enzyme activity of M. hyssopus was closely related to the stage of growth and development and showed a stage change; the activity and the trend of the extracellular ligninase of M. hyodysentris were related to the composition of mycelium growth phase and culture material, The trend of non-lignin enzyme activity is determined by the growth stage of Pleurotus ostreatus, and the difference of culture material only affects its activity.
