随着我国经济实力的不断增强,科学技术水平也得到了有效的提升,企业的人力资源管理对于一个企业的发展来说占据越来越重要的地位。但是从我国当前的国有企业人力资源管理情况来看,大多数企业都没有建立起科学有效的人力资源管理体系,在国有企业的实际人力资源管理工程中,存在很多的问题和不足。本文针对当前国有企业普遍存在的问题进行分析,并针对这些问题提出了有效的解决策略。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economic strength, the level of science and technology has also been effectively improved. The management of human resources in an enterprise occupies an increasingly important position for the development of an enterprise. However, judging from the current human resources management of state-owned enterprises in our country, most enterprises do not have a scientific and effective human resources management system. There are many problems and shortcomings in the actual human resources management of state-owned enterprises. This article analyzes the prevailing problems of state-owned enterprises and puts forward effective solutions to these problems.
