为探讨羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层钛种植体作为正畸支抗的可行性,将HA涂层钛种植体植入狗颌骨内,施以150g正畸力,采用X线照片定位测量及种植体周围临床指征的动态观察,了解支抗种植体的稳定性、颈部软组织健康状况及颈部骨量变化。结果显示:种植体无松动、脱落,不移动;颈部软组织存在轻微炎症,但对颈部骨组织无影响,骨量未发生改变。提示HA涂层钛种植体可作为支抗用于短期的口腔正畸治疗。
To investigate the feasibility of hydroxyapatite (HA) -coated titanium implants as orthodontic anchors, HA-coated titanium implants were implanted into the jaws of dogs and implanted with orthodontic force of 150g. X-ray positron emission tomography And dynamic observation of clinical indications around implants to understand the stability of implant implants, neck and soft tissue health status and bone mass changes. The results showed that: the implant did not loosen, fall off and did not move; neck soft tissue slight inflammation, but no effect on the neck bone tissue, bone mass did not change. Tip HA coated titanium implants can be used as anchors for short-term orthodontic treatment.
