通过试验,考察了CaO-Al_2O_3-CaCl_2渣在1550℃下的脱磷、脱硫作用,并与CaO-Al_2O_3CaF_2渣的脱磷、脱硫效果进行了比较。同时,还讨论了含CaCl_2熔渣的稳定性。结论如下:只要配比合适,在精炼温度下,含CaCl_2渣具有同时脱磷、脱硫的作用,而且脱磷效果明显优于含CaF_2渣,这很可能与含CaCl_2渣中生成稳定的Ca_5(PO_4)_3Cl有关;增大CaO/Al_2O_3比值,减少CaCl_2的加入量,均有利于提高含CaCl_2熔渣的稳定性。
Through experiments, the dephosphorization and desulfurization effects of CaO-Al_2O_3-CaCl_2 slag at 1550 ℃ were investigated. The dephosphorization and desulfurization effects of CaO-Al_2O_3-CaCl_2 slag were compared. At the same time, the stability of slag containing CaCl_2 was also discussed. The conclusions are as follows: As long as the proper ratio, at the refining temperature, containing CaCl_2 slag with simultaneous dephosphorization, desulfurization, and dephosphorization was significantly better than the slag containing CaF_2, which is likely to produce stable Ca_5 slag with Ca_5 (PO_4 ) _3Cl; increasing the ratio of CaO / Al_2O_3 and reducing the amount of CaCl_2 added are beneficial to improve the stability of slag containing CaCl_2.
