目的评价双排螺旋CT脑血管造影(CTA)技术,以期提高CTA的图像质量。方法对62例患者(30例脑血管病变;20例正常;12例其他病变)均行双螺旋CTA。所有检查采用GE Hispeed NX/I CT扫描机,并将图像进行三维重建。结果所有病例均能显示1~4级脑血管,部分可显示5级脑血管,脑血管病变可经CTA检出,和DSA检查结果相符,脑肿瘤可见肿瘤染色。在层厚不变时,螺距越小,图像质量越佳。结论影响CTA图像质量的参数很多,但主要与螺距、对比剂剂量及注射速度、扫描延迟时间有关。
Objective To evaluate double-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) in order to improve the image quality of CTA. Methods 62 patients (30 cases of cerebrovascular disease; 20 cases of normal; 12 cases of other lesions) were performed double helical CTA. The GE Hispeed NX / I CT scanner was used for all exams and the images were reconstructed in three dimensions. Results All cases showed cerebrovascular 1 ~ 4 grade and some showed cerebrovascular 5 grade. Cerebral vascular lesions were detected by CTA, which was consistent with DSA findings. Tumor staining was observed in brain tumors. The same thickness, the smaller the pitch, the better the image quality. Conclusion There are many parameters that affect the quality of CTA images, but mainly related to pitch, contrast dose, injection speed and scan delay time.
