近年来,亚洲的2型糖尿病状况正在不断恶化,在世界糖尿病流行状况中,前五位的排名,亚洲国家占据了三席。这与亚洲国家的社会转型,经济飞速发展有一定的关系。亚洲糖尿病发病存在自身特点:发病人群相对更年轻;胰岛素分泌早期相受损更为严重;患者BMI(体重指数)相对较低。换言之,相比欧美发达国家,发展中国家人群在肥胖程度更轻的状况下,更易发生2型糖尿病。这究竟是什么原因造成的?本刊记者就此问题采访了华中科技大学同济医学院协和医院内分泌科主任陈璐璐教授。
In recent years, the status of type 2 diabetes in Asia is deteriorating. In the world prevalence of diabetes, the top five rankings and the Asian countries occupy three seats. This is in line with the social transformation in Asian countries and the rapid economic development. Diabetes in Asia has its own characteristics: the incidence of relatively younger people; early phase of insulin secretion is more serious damage; patients BMI (body mass index) is relatively low.
