针对目前矿井提升机远程监测系统网络传输稳定性问题,设计了基于GPRS/CDMA的矿井提升机关键运行数据远程传输和监测系统。给出了由该系统和现场基于PLC的矿井提升机监测与诊断系统相结合的远程监测系统的整体结构。详细介绍了提取服务器数据的过程及利用VB语言编写的数据提取软件和监测中心软件的功能,并说明了监测中心数据库的使用。
Aiming at the problem of network transmission stability of mine hoist remote monitoring system, a remote transmission and monitoring system of mine hoist key operation data based on GPRS / CDMA is designed. The overall structure of remote monitoring system based on PLC and PLC monitoring and diagnosis system of mine hoist is given. Described in detail the process of extracting server data and the use of VB language data extraction software and monitoring center software functions, and illustrates the use of monitoring center database.
