中国目前的ERP形势如何?是处在优胜劣汰的洗牌过程?是形势危殆?还是发展态势喜人?我们一边呼吁ERP软件供应商尽早成熟,同时也呼吁客户能理性地消费ERP产品。我们常认为客户理智但不理性:理智是指客户在决定自己是否购买、或者购买哪家产品的时候会很谨慎;不理性是指对ERP的决策因子及权重不是很清楚。 在今天的ERP市场环境并非很规范的状态下,理性对于ERP客户来说非常重要。为了使客户更加理性地选择软件产品,在实施过程中通过理性掌握主动,本刊特邀请三位专家针对“如何让客户做到理性消费”的主题分别撰文发表各自的观点。他们对于造成客户不理性消费的原因进行了深入的分析,同时提出了一些合理而中肯的建议,希望本专题能够对企业进行正确的ERP选型与实施有所帮助。
What is the current ERP situation in China? Is the reshuffling process of the survival of the fittest? Is the situation in critical condition? Is the trend of development gratifying? We urge the ERP software suppliers to mature as soon as possible, meanwhile, we also urge the customers to rationalize the consumption of ERP products. We often think that the customer is rational but irrational: The reason is that the customer is cautious when deciding whether to buy or which product to buy; irrationality means the decision factors and weights for the ERP are not very clear. In today's ERP market environment is not very standardized state, rationality is very important for ERP customers. In order to make customers more rational choice of software products, in the implementation process through the rational grasp of initiative, the magazine invited three experts on “how to make customers rational consumption,” the theme of the author published their own views. They made in-depth analysis of the reasons for irrational consumption by customers and put forward some reasonable and pertinent suggestions in the hope that this project will help enterprises to properly select and implement ERP.
