本文对采用“锈蚀法”处理低品位钛铁矿(TiO_2<57%)生产一级品人造金红石进行了冶金理论计算与论述,并在工业生产实践中得到验证,证明理论与实践相符。该工艺原设计生产一级品只能采用(TiO_2≥58%)高品位钛铁矿,但国内目前所产钛铁矿均低于57%。文章为挽救该工艺起了重要作用,使该新工艺在中国立了足。并成为重要的工业方法之一。
In this paper, the metallurgical theory calculation and discussion on the production of first-grade synthetic rutile using low-grade ilmenite (“TiO 2” <57%) by the “rust method” are carried out.
