为了促进我国住宅产业健康发展,在2005年“国八条”的基础上,国务院2006年又颁布了“国六条”。对比一下可以看出,两个文件的不少内容是类似的．其中:解决低收入家庭住房困难是政策目标;调整住房供应结构、控制拆迁规模、完善信息披露是明确的政策措施;而如何整顿市场秩序,发挥税收、信贷、土地政策的调节作用,则值得进一步研究。
In order to promote the healthy development of China’s housing industry, on the basis of “eight states” in 2005, the State Council promulgated the “six national articles” in 2006. Can be seen by contrast, many of the contents of the two documents is similar. Among them: it is the policy goal to solve the housing difficulties of low-income families; adjust the housing supply structure, control the demolition scale and improve the information disclosure is a clear policy measures; and how to rectify the market order and play the regulatory role of taxation, credit, land policy, it is worth further the study.
