分析了石油钻井企业人才资源现状、存在问题及国内高职院校钻井专业教改情况,总结了我院钻井技术专业建设现状,就钻井技术岗位(群)及其职业描述、钻井工作过程与典型工作任务、钻井行动领域和学习领域及其转换、钻井课程情景化教学设计等问题进行了探讨,初步构建了基于工作过程导向的钻井技术专业课程体系,对重点专业后续建设具有一定的参考意义。
This paper analyzes the status quo of talent resources in petroleum drilling enterprises, existing problems and the reform of drilling specialties in vocational colleges in China. It summarizes the status quo of drilling technology professionals in our hospital, and provides a brief introduction on drilling technology positions (groups) and their job description, drilling process and typical work Tasks, the field of drilling operations and learning areas and their conversion, teaching scenarios of drilling courses and other issues were discussed, and initially set up a course system of drilling technology based on work process orientation, which has some reference significance for the follow-up construction of key disciplines.
