提出了一种基于左手传输线和DGS复合结构的新型模型。该模型结构简单,实现容易,具有较强的相位超前和稳恒的高阻抗特性。在此基础上,实现了带宽在倍频程(7~14GHz)的1∶6环形电桥和差器,并具有优于-25dB的隔离度和±4°内的相位差,同时使主体电路面积减小了56%。文中给出了新型单元模型的理论分析,环形电桥的仿真与实测结果。
A new model based on left hand transmission line and DGS composite structure is proposed. The model has the advantages of simple structure, easy implementation, strong phase advance and steady high impedance characteristic. On this basis, a 1: 6 ring bridge and a difference amplifier with an octave band (7 to 14 GHz) bandwidth are realized, and the phase difference is better than -25 dB and the phase difference within ± 4 °, while the main circuit Area decreased by 56%. The theoretical analysis of the new elemental model, the simulation of ring bridge and the measured results are given.
