在大量生产的螺纹加工中,大都是在螺纹铣床上进行加工的。由于加工用的刀具是成型的螺纹铣刀,夹具是专用的气动夹具,加工完毕,工件从夹具上取下后,如发现螺纹不合格,再重新装夹上修活是很困难的。主要原因是螺旋线与刀具对不准确,即产生“乱扣”现象。
In the mass production of thread processing, mostly in the thread milling machine for processing. As the processing tool is forming thread milling cutter, the fixture is a special pneumatic fixture, the processing is completed, the workpiece removed from the fixture, if found thread failure, then re-clamping on the repair work is very difficult. The main reason is the spiral and the tool is not accurate, that is, “chaos buckle” phenomenon.
