高温持久试验在整个试验时间内,温度波动根据冶标YB—899—77规定:试验温度≤600℃,允许±3℃; 600~900℃,允许士4℃;900~1200℃,允许±5℃。因此近年来很多人对提高控制温度的精度减少测温误差做了很多的研究和探讨。我们在这方面做了一些工作,今作一简略介绍,以供参考。 一、测温系统的误差机理 在用热电偶作测温敏感元件时,其原理基于下列公式:
