本文主要从食品流通模式创新角度,深入分析了影响我国食品流通安全风险管理内在机制。文章指出,一方面,现有食品流通管理体系的多头管理导致了食品流通安全风险管理流于形式;另一方面,现有食品流通模式下批发市场的发展现状从根本上放大食品流通领域安全风险发生的概率。而随着食品安全监管重点向流通终端的转变,批发市场功能的完善与否,是能否实现有效风险管理的关键所在。最后,本文基于流通模式创新角度,提出了食品流通安全风险管理机制的可行性方案。
This article mainly analyzes the internal mechanism of the safety risk management of food circulation in our country from the angle of innovation of food circulation mode.
