研究了4种含不同微合金元素的X70管线钢的韧性,采用夏比冲击试验和落锤撕裂试验,借助金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)与背散射电子衍射技术(EBSD)等手段,分析了微观组织、晶粒尺寸、晶粒取向及取向差和夹杂物等因素对X70管线钢韧性的影响。结果表明,含Mo、Ni元素的管线钢夏比冲击韧性和落锤性能都较好,含Cr元素的管线钢落锤性能偏低,大角度晶界比率越高,晶粒尺寸越细小,夹杂物含量越少的管线钢具有更高的韧性。
The toughness of four X70 pipeline steels with different microalloying elements were studied. The Charpy impact test and drop weight tear test were used to study the toughness of the X70 pipeline steel. With the help of OM, SEM and EBSD, And other means, analysis of the microstructure, grain size, grain orientation and orientation difference and inclusions and other factors on the toughness of X70 pipeline steel. The results show that the Charpy impact toughness and drop weight performance of pipeline steel containing Mo and Ni elements are good, the drop hammer performance of pipeline steel containing Cr element is low, the higher the ratio of high angle grain boundaries, the smaller the grain size, Pipeline steels with lower contents have higher toughness.
