今年以来,随着宁波市制造业的整体复苏,电量增长持续高企,能耗总量及其水平随之也有了明显提高。截至2017年上半年,全社会电耗累计321.1亿千瓦时,同比增长10.1%;是全省唯一“二位数”增长的地市,高出全省平均水平（6.5%）3.6个百分点,比2016年上半年增速增加了5.4个百分点。
