孕妇32岁,孕2产1,孕23周。孕17周时曾服阿莫西林。因自觉腹部超孕龄迅速增大,要求B超检查。宫高剑突下2横指。 B超所见:宫内探及两个胎儿,一双顶径5.5cm,发育正常。另一颅骨及双上肢均缺如,胎儿颈、背、腰部覆盖巨大软组织,并见一囊性无回声。横断胎儿时,见胎体被厚度为4.7cm“茧状物”所包裹,内见数个囊腔。腹部横切面前后径、横径均为11.3cm,胎心各房室结构显示不清,仅见一条纵行光带搏动,胎儿双下肢显著增粗,胎盘位于子宫后壁,羊水深8.4cm。B超诊断:双胎并一胎全身淋巴囊肿伴无脑等多发畸
