(1995年3月7日)同志们:自治区人民政府决定召开的这次自治区水利水电工作会议,主要是深入贯彻党的十四届四中全会、区党委四届七次全委(扩大)会议和中央、自治区经济工作会议精神,进一步传达贯彻落实国务院召开的全国水利工作会议精神,总结1994年全疆水利水电工作经验和教训,研究今年以至今后一个时期我区水利水电工作的指导思想、对策和在新形势下深化水利改革,加速水利五大体系建设,加快水利发展等重大问题,安排1995年全疆水利水电工作任务。现在,我作工作报告,请大家讨论、审议。
