气弹簧是性能可靠和安装方便的定制结构件,相对于民机上使用的传统机械弹簧单元在重量上具备优势。本文介绍了气弹簧的组成结构和工作方式,通过民用飞机舱门设计中的工程实例简要描述了在民机舱门上气弹簧设计的方法,通过CATIA仿真来模拟气弹簧的安装及运行来优化气弹簧的各项基本参数,并且给出了民机气弹簧的可靠性计算标准。
Gas springs are custom structural parts that are reliable, easy to install and have the advantage of weight compared to traditional mechanical spring units used on civil aircraft. In this paper, the composition and working method of gas spring are introduced. The method of gas spring design on civil aircraft cabin door is briefly described by engineering examples in civil aircraft door design. Gas is optimized by CATIA simulation to simulate gas spring installation and operation Spring of the basic parameters, and gives the calculation of the reliability of civil aircraft gas spring standard.
