[目的]建立一种利用高效液相色谱测定30%咪鲜胺·嘧菌酯微乳剂的定量分析方法。[方法]采用C_(18)反相色谱柱,紫外检测器,以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比33:42:25)为流动相,对试样中咪鲜胺和嘧菌酯进行分离和定量检测。[结果]咪鲜胺和嘧菌酯线性相关系数分别为1.0000和0.999 8,方法标准偏差为0.12和0.018。变异系数分别为0.43%和0.86%,平均回收率分别为99.8%和100.5%。[结论]该方法简便、快捷,有效地分离了样品中的咪鲜胺和嘧菌酯,而且精密度和准确度高,线性关系好。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a quantitative method for the determination of prochloraz azoxystrobin microemulsion by high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] The prochloraz and azoxystrobin in the sample were separated by C 18 column and UV detector with methanol - acetonitrile - water (33:42:25 by volume) as the mobile phase Quantitative detection. [Result] The linear correlation coefficients of prochloraz and azoxystrobin were 1.0000 and 0.999 8, respectively. The standard deviations of the methods were 0.12 and 0.018. The coefficients of variation were 0.43% and 0.86%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.8% and 100.5% respectively. [Conclusion] The method was simple, rapid and effective for the separation of prochloraz and azoxystrobin in samples, and had high precision and accuracy and good linearity.
