本文界定了双元型组织适用的外部条件和内部因素,阐述了各类双元的内涵,并剖析了结构型双元和情境型双元的优势、局限性及其适用情境;随后描述了双元型组织的构建过程,探讨了各阶段的主要活动和管理要领;最后概括了三种类型双元之间的关系。
In this paper, we define the external conditions and internal factors applicable to dual-type organizations, expound the connotation of each type of dual-element, and analyze the advantages, limitations and applicable situations of structure-type dual and situation-type dual elements. Then, The process of constructing meta-type organizations explores the main activities and management essentials in each phase. Finally, the relationship between the three types of dual-elements is summarized.
