对预制钢筋混凝土构件钢底模的计算问题,我国目前尚缺乏一套完善的设计方法和计算公式。《建筑技术》1985年第2期发表的《对角线十字形格构钢底模扭曲变形计算探讨》(以下简称《探讨》)一文不仅从实际需要方面提出了问题,而且还提出了具体的设计方法和计算公式,这将有助于钢底模技术的发展与推广。在《探讨》一文的启发下,本文谨提出一些看法,共同探讨钢底模计算问题。《探讨》一文的前一部分论证了对角线二点支承的矩形钢底模的受力状态主要是受扭的,后一部分则把矩形钢底模看作是一个以对角线二支点的联线为固定端的悬臂板,并在这个前提下展开了设计方法的推导、计算公式的建立和两个实例的计算。《探讨》
For the calculation of steel bottom molds of prefabricated reinforced concrete members, a complete set of design methods and calculation formulas are still lacking in China. The article “Discussion on the Torsional Deformation of the Diagonal Lattice Steel Bottom Form” (hereinafter referred to as the “Exploration”) published in “Architecture Technology” No. 2 of 1985 not only raises questions from the actual needs, but also proposes specific Design methods and calculation formulas will help the development and promotion of steel bottom mold technology. Inspired by the article “Exploration”, this article offers some ideas to discuss the calculation of steel bottom molds. The first part of the “Exploration” paper argues that the stress state of a rectangular steel bottom mold with two diagonal supports is mainly twisted, while the latter part considers the rectangular steel bottom mold as a joint with two diagonal fulcrums. The line is a fixed-end cantilever plate, and under this premise, the derivation of the design method, the establishment of the calculation formula and the calculation of two examples are carried out. “Exploration”
