本文介绍适用于工作深度为1000米的动态密封。主要讨论采用模压成型填料应用于往复运动、旋转运动和振荡运动的动态密封。以 O 形橡胶密封圈为主,在动态密封理论上对模压成型填料作较为详细的分析。并在实际使用上,对 O 形橡胶密封圈的动态密封设计、制造工艺、橡胶材料,摩擦和润滑作简单的介绍。还附有设计实例与若干图表数据。最后初步讨论适用于工作深度为千米以上的动态密封问题。
This article describes the dynamic seal for working depth of 1000 meters. The main discussion using molded packing applied to the reciprocating motion, rotary motion and oscillation of the dynamic seal. O-shaped rubber ring-based, dynamic sealing theory in the molding filler for a more detailed analysis. And in actual use, the O-shaped rubber seal dynamic seal design, manufacturing process, rubber materials, friction and lubrication for a brief introduction. Also accompanied by design examples and a number of chart data. The final preliminary discussion is applicable to the dynamic sealing problem whose working depth is above 1000 meters.
