应用乐山地区农科所,忠县八德乡田间实地调查资料,采用电子计算机模拟方法,比较6种田间抽样方法的优劣,结果证明在当前四川省一代二化螟防治指标密度定为枯鞘0.5—0.7株/丛,或枯鞘率3—5%的前提下,仍以平行跳跃抽样法效果较好。将抽样数减少到100丛,也能达到0.3以上的目标精确度。如采用平行带状抽样,要达到同样精度则需要400—500丛,但可以减少田间走动所耽误的时间。
The field survey data of Leshan Agricultural Science Institute and Bade County of Zhongxian County were used to compare the advantages and disadvantages of six field sampling methods by using computer simulation method.
