我们于1995年至1998年应用胸腺肽al（T。l）与干扰素a－Zb（IFNa－Zb）联合治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎（CHB）30例。并设单用IFNa—Zb30例治疗组和不用抗病毒／免疫调节药物对照组15例。旨在评价Tal加IFNa－Zb联合治疗的近期（完成疗程时）和远期（随访1年以上）疗效及毒副反应。
We used thymosin al (T.l) combined with interferon a-Zb (IFNa-Zb) in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) in 30 cases from 1995 to 1998. And set aside IFNa-Zb30 treatment group and no anti-virus / immunomodulatory control group of 15 patients. To evaluate the combination of Tal plus IFNa-Zb (short course of treatment) and long-term (follow-up more than one year) efficacy and toxicity.
