面对日益激烈的市场竞争,集团公司作为一种特殊的企业组织形式,需要建立科学合理的财务架构以应对市场环境的变化,保证集团公司获得长远的发展。集团公司在设计财务架构时遵循一定的原则,综合考虑各种因素设计公司的财务架构。我国的集团公司针对财务人员的管理采用的方式基本分为两种:统一办公管理或者派遣。只有选择适合集团公司财务人员的管理方式,才能提高集团公司的财务人员管理水平和资金运营效率,才能充分发挥集团公司资本的优势,优化集团公司的组织架构,发挥群体优势的功能,实现集团公司的规模经济效益。
