通过对往复式切割器刀杆动态应力的测试分析,说明刀杆的动态应力变化符合“周期性加随机”的规律;并且与铰点(连杆机构与割刀的连接点,下同)的位置有密切关系。刀杆的动态应力在刀杆受拉、压(推)两个过程中的变化情况和峰——峰值的大小有显著差异,进一步摸清了它的实际变化状况。从而得出过去仅以割刀受拉、压(推)力的大小来计算刀杆应力是不够全面的。需正确选择饺点的位置,应用随机数据处理分析方法对刀杆进行设计计算和强度校核,以得到更为切合实际的刀杆结构参数。
