本文根据某厂热连轧带钢轧机的现状,从改善产品质量、提高产量出发,对机座进行了优化设计。根据所拟定的数学模型经多次试算得出一条关于机座总变形量与机架重量之间的优化值的协调曲线。在机架重量增加不大的情况下,利用该曲线选取了可使机座刚度提高10.2%的优化方案。文中分析了机座刚度提高的原因,并探讨了机架立柱断面增大对刚度影响的问题。本文结尾指出:优化方法是改造现有设备实现挖潜的科学方法之一,可利用它充分挖掘现有设备的潜力。
In this paper, according to the status quo of a hot strip mill in a certain factory, the machine base was optimized by improving product quality and yield. According to the mathematical model that was drawn up, several times of trial calculation were used to obtain a coordination curve about the optimum value of the total deformation of the machine frame and the weight of the frame. In the case of small increase in frame weight, this curve is used to optimize the stiffness of the frame by 10.2%. In this paper, the reasons for the increase of the rigidity of the frame are analyzed, and the problem of the influence of the increase of the cross section of the frame column on the rigidity is discussed. At the end of this paper, it is pointed out that the optimization method is one of the scientific methods to transform existing equipment to realize its potential. It can be used to fully tap the potential of existing equipment.
