平面形状控制技术是最近几年发展起来的新的轧制技术之一,它对提高中厚板的成材率有显著的作用。为了进一步发展平面形状控制技术,需要对轧制时轧件平面形状进行理论计算与分析。本文分别采用初等解析法,上界法和刚塑性有限元法对轧件平面形状进行了计算,分析了各种因素对平面形状的影响规律,理论计算结果与实验结果比较吻合。此外,本文还采用上界法计算了DB轧制(Dog Bone Rolling)时轧件端部三维变形,得到了最佳DB断面形状的理论解。
Plane shape control technology is one of the new rolling technology developed in recent years, it has a significant role in improving the yield of plate. In order to further develop the planar shape control technology, it is necessary to theoretically calculate and analyze the planar shape of the rolling workpiece during rolling. In this paper, the planar shape of the workpiece is calculated by the method of elementary analysis, the upper bound method and the rigid plastic finite element method. The influence of various factors on the planar shape is analyzed. The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. In addition, the upper bound method is also used to calculate the three-dimensional deformation of the end of the workpiece during the DB rolling (Dog Bone Rolling), and the theoretical solution of the best DB cross-section shape is obtained.
