目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定舒心降脂片中葛根素的含量。方法:Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(27:73)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长250 nm。结果:在0.03~0.50μg范围内葛根素进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,回收率99.17%(RSD=0.34%,n=6)。结论:方法简单,结果准确,适用于对该产品的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of puerarin in Shuxin Jiangzhi Tablet by HPLC. METHODS: Hypersil ODS2 C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 with methanol-water (27:73). The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the injection volume of puerarin and the peak area in the range of 0.03 ~ 0.50μg, r = 0.999 9, the recovery was 99.17% (RSD = 0.34%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, the result is accurate, suitable for the quality control of the product.
