建立了一种简单、快速测定皮革制品中22种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的高效液相色谱方法。以正己烷为提取溶剂,在40℃下超声提取皮革制品中的邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,提取物进行高效液相色谱分析。在信噪比S/N=3的条件下,除DINP和DIDP的检出限为2.0mg/kg外,其余20种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的检出限均小于0.20mg/kg。平均加标回收率在90%~101%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于7%。该方法可完全满足皮革制品中22种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂检测的需要。
A simple, rapid determination of 22 kinds of leather products phthalate plasticizer HPLC method. Using n-hexane as the extraction solvent, the phthalate plasticizers in the leather products were sonicated at 40 ℃ and the extracts were analyzed by HPLC. Under the condition of S / N = 3, the detection limits of the other 20 kinds of phthalate plasticizers except DINP and DIDP were both less than 0.20mg / kg . The average spike recoveries ranged from 90% to 101% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 7%. The method can fully meet the needs of 22 kinds of phthalate plasticizers in leather products testing.
