目的寻求一种高效、经济、实用、安全的清洗方法,提高手术器械清洗质量,以保证手术器械的灭菌质量。方法将300件手术器械随机分成观察组与对照组两组,两组之间的手术器械污染程度及新旧程度相同。对照组用手术室传统的清洗法,即冲洗-酶液浸泡-再冲洗-擦干,观察组用消毒供应中心规范化的清洗方法。结果对300件手术器械均进行了目测和放大镜检查,每组各有50件和25件手术器械进行了潜血试验及菌落数检测,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在使用全自动清洗消毒机清洗手术器械前,采用多酶清洗液浸泡加刷洗,能明显提高手术器械的清洗效果及工作效率,降低成本,具有安全性,可操作性强。
Objective To seek an efficient, economical, practical and safe cleaning method to improve the cleaning quality of surgical instruments to ensure the sterilization quality of surgical instruments. Methods 300 surgical instruments were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The degree of contamination of the surgical instruments and the degree of newness were the same between the two groups. The control group with the operating room traditional cleaning method, namely washing - soaking enzyme - re-wash - dry, the observation group disinfection supply center standardized cleaning methods. Results 300 surgical instruments were examined by visual inspection and magnifying glass. Each group had 50 occurences and 25 surgical instruments occult blood test and colony count test. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Before using the automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine to clean the surgical instruments, the multi-enzyme cleaning solution soaked and scrubbed can obviously improve the cleaning effect and work efficiency of the surgical instruments, reduce the cost, and have safety and operability.
