发展企业文化的关键是企业文化的理念体系,大多数高级企业所树立的文化理念都十分优秀,通过利用文化理念对企业在现实工作中进行指导,将其视为工作指南,将理念落实在行动中得以贯彻实施。将企业文化理念中理论和实践有机统一,通过理念为实践作引导,将企业文化在发展过程中出现的问题进行疏通。笔者从三个方面,提出了解决方案和具体做法,希望能够为企业的发展提供一些发展思路。
