合成一种新型Nd3+有机配合物,以不含C-H的五氟丙酸(C3F5COOH)为第1配体,仅含4个C-H的2-氨基-3-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶(Tfpy)为第2配体。配合物的紫外(UV)谱、红外(FT-IR)谱和核磁共振H(1 H HMR)谱表明,所有配体和Nd3+成功配位。制备了配合物溶于氘代二甲亚砜(DMSO-d6)的溶液,测试了溶液的紫外-可见-近红外(UV-Vis-NIR)吸收谱、荧光谱以及荧光寿命,并对溶液体系进行Judd-Ofelt(J-O)计算,得到3个强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)、激发态寿命τr和受激辐射截面σem。Ω2=1.083×10-20 cm2,表明配合物中Nd3+与配体的配位键离子性较强。配合物实测荧光寿命τ=8.3μs,激发态寿命τr=541μs,因此Nd3+在这种有机液体体系中荧光量子效率可达1.53%。1 064nm处受激辐射截面σem约2.696×10-20 cm2。相对于同类Nd3+有机液体激光材料,此体系的实测荧光寿命、量子效率和受激辐射截面均较高,可以和文献报道的无机材料相媲美。研究表明,此材料将是非常有潜力的液体激光介质。
A new type of Nd3 + organic complex was synthesized by using tetrafluoropropanoic acid (C3F5COOH) as the first ligand and 2-amino-3-chloro-5-trifluoromethylpyridine (Tfpy ) Is the second ligand. The UV, FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectra of the complexes show that all the ligands and Nd3 + are successfully coordinated. The solution of the complex dissolved in deuterated dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO-d6) was prepared. The UV-Vis-NIR absorption, fluorescence and fluorescence lifetime of the solution were tested. Judd-Ofelt (JO) calculations were performed to obtain three intensity parameters Ωt (t = 2, 4, 6), excited state lifetime τr and stimulated emission cross section σem. Ω2 = 1.083 × 10-20 cm2, indicating that the coordination complex of Nd3 + and ligand ligand ion strong. The measured fluorescence lifetime of the complex is τ = 8.3μs, the lifetime of the excited state is τr = 541μs, so the fluorescence quantum efficiency of Nd3 + in this organic liquid system can reach 1.53%. 1 064nm stimulated radiation cross section σem about 2.696 × 10-20 cm2. The fluorescence lifetime, quantum efficiency and stimulated emission cross section of this system are higher than comparable Nd3 + organic liquid laser materials, which can be compared with the reported inorganic materials. Research shows that this material will be a very potential liquid laser medium.
