设计驱动式创新理论是创新管理领域较为前沿的研究方向之一。本文从历史的角度出发,回顾了设计在创新实践中角色的演变,并从理论上揭示消费社会的形成对设计创新的决定性影响。从本质上来讲,设计驱动式创新是一种面向消费社会的创新模式,其目的是实现创新中技术与社会的匹配。因此,这一创新模式要求企业对自身的组织与流程进行变革,以适应社会的演化。本文能帮助研究者更为深刻地理解相关理论的内涵,把握研究发展的新趋势,促进设计驱动式创新战略与中国企业实践的结合。 Design-driven innovation theory is one of the frontier research directions in innovation management. From the historical point of view, this article reviews the evolution of the role of design in innovation practice, and theoretically reveals the decisive influence of the formation of a consumer society on design innovation. In essence, design-driven innovation is an innovative model for the consumer society. Its purpose is to achieve the match between technology and society in innovation. Therefore, this innovative model requires companies to transform their own organization and processes to adapt to the evolution of society. This article can help researchers deeper understanding of the connotation of relevant theories, grasp the new trend of research and development, and promote the combination of design-driven innovation strategy and Chinese enterprise practice.
