职业教育在重视学生职业技能培养的过程中,越来越意识到“一条腿”走路的弊端,“职业素养”的培养被提高到一个新的高度。笔者根据多年从事茶艺教学的经验,针对当前旅游管理专业学生职业素养教育的现状,提出“中华茶艺”对旅游专业学生职业素养培养的路径分析,同时对旅游管理专业学生职业素养的培养也作了一些对策分析。 In the process of attaching importance to vocational skills training, vocational education is increasingly aware of the shortcomings of “one leg” walking and the cultivation of “professional accomplishments” to a new height.
