运用正交设计实验法,研究了以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为原料,以过硫酸钾作引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂制备聚丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺高吸湿性树脂的方法和其工艺过程,得到了影响产品吸湿量的主次因素。通过单因素分析研究了AA与AM的质量配比、中和度、单体浓度对树脂吸湿倍率的影响。在100%RH、30℃下,该树脂吸湿倍率可达2.57g/g,可广泛应用于武器装备和民用产品的防潮包装中。
Orthogonal design experiment was used to study the preparation of polyacrylic acid / acrylamide high hygroscopicity resin by using acrylic acid and acrylamide as raw materials, potassium persulfate as initiator and N, N-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent Method and its process, get the primary and secondary factors affecting product moisture absorption.
