目的 :通过处方改进 ,减轻硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液对眼结膜、角膜的刺激性 ,延长作用时间。方法 :使用玻璃酸钠增加制剂的粘稠度及润滑性。结果 :通过动物实验及临床试用证实 ,改进后的制剂对眼结膜、角膜的刺激明显减轻 ,作用时间明显延长。结论 :通过提高滴眼液的粘稠度和润滑性 ,玻璃酸钠可减轻滴眼液的刺激性 ,增加有效作用时间。 OBJECTIVE: To alleviate the irritation of ocular conjunctiva and cornea with pilocarpine nitrate eye drops through prescription improvement, and to prolong the action time. Method: Sodium hyaluronate is used to increase the viscosity and lubricity of the formulation. Results: Animal experiments and clinical trials confirmed that the improved formulations of eye conjunctiva, corneal irritation was significantly reduced, the role of significantly longer. Conclusion: Sodium hyaluronate can reduce eye irritation and increase effective duration of action by increasing the consistency and lubricity of eye drops.
