张忠培先生是吉林大学考古专业的创办者。从1972年吉林大学考古专业成立,到1987年他去故宫之前的短短的十五年间,吉林大学考古专业发展成考古学系,奠定了吉大后来成为教育部重点考古教研基地的基础。40余年来,张先生对吉大考古教育倾注了无数心力。他亲自培养的300多名学生,如今大都在中国各地挑起考古学和文博战线的大梁,可谓严师出高徒,桃李满天下。正因如此,他育人为先的教育风格和专业理念、教育思想值得不断总结;他的办学方式对学科建设和人才培养也具有示范意义。
Mr. Zhang Zhongpei is the founder of archeology at Jilin University. From the establishment of the archeology specialty of Jilin University in 1972 to the archeology in 1987, just a short fifteen years ago, the archeology of Jilin University developed into an archeology department, laying the foundation for Jida to become the key archeology teaching and research base of the Ministry of Education. For over 40 years, Mr. Zhang has poured countless efforts into the archeological education of Kyrgyzstan. He personally trained more than 300 students, most of them nowadays in all parts of China to provoke the arches and arches of the front line of archeology and culture, can be described as a teacher out of high school, peaches and plums all over the world. It is for this reason that his education-oriented educational philosophy and professional philosophy deserve constant sum-up of his educational thinking. His mode of running a school also has exemplary implications for discipline construction and personnel training.
